The District Disability Rehabilitation Centre (DDRC) Mumbai is a government initiative under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DEPwD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India.
Our Mission
To facilitate the rehabilitation and empowerment of persons with disabilities by providing accessible, quality services and ensuring they can participate fully in society with dignity and independence.

- Assessment & Early Intervention: Early identification for children with disabilities
- Therapeutic Services: Physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy
- Assistive Device Distribution: Wheelchairs, hearing aids, prosthetics
- UDID Registration Support: Assistance with Unique Disability ID card
- Skill Development: Vocational training and employment support
- Counseling Services: Psychological support for persons with disabilities
- Outreach Camps: Regular camps for service delivery
